Need to know how much to eat to lose weight?

I found this AWESOME site that tells you how much you need to eat to lose weight. It gives you the calorie amounts for eating 3, 4, 5 or 6 meals a day. There are a lot of great tips on this site too! Check out the link for 249 foods to eat to lose weight. I was SHOCKED at the amount of food I need to be eating. I am essentially starving my body!
