Do you use chia seeds?? If so read this, it’s important.
Chia seeds absorb 9X their weight of water meaning that if you eat them dry (unsoaked) they will soak up needed water in the body causing the cons to out weigh the pros and potentially causing dehydration and constipation… If you want to benefit from chia seeds please soak them in water before ingesting them. Place 2 TBSP of chia in 500ml jar of filtered water, shake and watch them turn to chia gel! Once they are a gelled consistency add them to smoothies or juices. Store the soaked seeds in the fridge!
