My 500th Post!

It has been an absolute life changing experience keeping this blog. I’ve made so many positive, healthy changes in my life that I’m sooo happy about! I have noticed an increase in happiness and good health, and a diminishing depression/anxiety issue. It’s not a cure-all, but it’s definitely helping. My diet is 90% fruit and vegetables and it’s made me feel awesome. It’s so true how good you feel when you’re nourishing your body and getting exercise. Anyway, thank you for following this blog and I hope it’s of help to anyone that reads it. ♥
