I disagree with #2 and #3. You can make your own healthy salad dressings, and control how much you put on your salad; You can measure out one tablespoon and put that on, or you can dip your fork in the dressing before you pick up the salad.
#3 you can also make yourself, and there are plenty of low calorie options out there. It’s all about what you put into the muffins. You can use Greek yogurt and applesauce, and use real fruit pieces or berries.
